Email commands

Mailboxes forwarded to the owner and staff on WhatsApp or Telegram; replies and new emails written by you or by the AI, always confirmed.

Run each as one terminal line starting with $ , with real values instead of the examples. Plain text version.

Common tasks

Answer an email: the person's exact words, or "with ai:" and what the AI should write (always shown first, sent on yes):

reply to email M7K2Q: Thank you, we received it
reply to email M7K2Q with ai: thank them and say we deliver on Monday
reply all to M7K2Q: noted

Answer the newest email forwarded to this chat ("ai: …" without quoting it answers the newest one of the last 12 hours, and says which):

reply to this email with a short thank-you
reply to this email: Received, thank you
ai: thank them and say we deliver on Monday

A new email (subject after "subject:" and " | "; otherwise the AI suggests one):

email john@example.com: subject: Visit | We will visit on Monday at 10
send email to john@example.com and tell them thanks

Forward, mark read or unread, see an email whole:

Never fetch some emails again: a sender, its name on any domain (cwp@*), a whole domain, or a subject (any sender). Replying "ignore" to a forwarded email lists these choices; the number saves it:
