VAST HELPDESK — What clients can ask commands
Commands a client may use (each client has their own allowed list).

How to run: one terminal line per command, starting with "$ ". Replace example values with real ones.

$ Hello
  Greeting. Reads only. Also: "good morning".
$ thanks
  Thanks. Reads only. Also: "thank you", "Thanks All good".
$ help
  Menu / what can you do. Reads only. Also: "what can you do".
$ how many tickets do I have left
  How many tickets are left. Reads only. Also: "my tickets".
$ opening hours
  Opening hours. Reads only. Also: "when are you available".
$ I want to talk to a human
  Talk to a person. Changes something. Also: "staff".
$ status of my request

$ english please
  Reply in English. Changes something.
$ arabic please

$ my email is not working
  My email is not working (check it). Reads only.

  Add a DNS record. Changes something. Form: add dns <domain> <name> <record type> <value>
  Details: domain, name, record type, value. Also: "add a CNAME record for shop on acme.com pointing to shops.example.net".
$ reset my nextcloud password
  Reset my Nextcloud password. Changes something.
$ nextcloud space
  How much Nextcloud space do I have. Reads only.
$ list folders
  List folders (and their subfolders). Reads only.
  Details: folder (optional). Also: "list folders in /Clients", "show subfolders of /Clients/Acme".
$ list all files
  List all files in every folder and subfolder. Reads only.
